International Club reception set in Kline

The International Club is hosting a graduation reception for graduating international students May 9 after the graduation ceremony.

The reception is being organized by Frances Gonzalez, tutorial services counselor and sponsor of the International Club.

No forum last week

Every other Thursday, Senate’s Constitutional Committee has been hosting open forums to hear students’ opinions on the constitution. There was no attendance at last week’s meeting so the next open forum will be at 4 p.m. March 31.


NE tornado drill today

A statewide tornado drill will be conducted at 9:30 a.m. today.  March 21-25 was designated as Severe Weather Awareness week for Nebraska. The Chadron Police Department 911 Center will alert Chadron and surrounding areas and there will be a steady 3 minute siren blast.
