The Chadron State College golf team placed seventh Tuesday after shooting a 703 in Mesa State’s Maverick Invitational in Grand Junction, Colo.
The Chadron team shot a 352 on Monday, and a 351 Tuesday at the 36-hole, two day meet.
Western New Mexico placed first with a 607, followed by Mesa State College with a 637 for second, and Montana St. Billings with a 648.
Allison Rowden, junior of Broken Bow, placed tenth, shooting a 76 on Monday and an 87 on Tuesday for a total of 163.
Caitlin Parker, senior of Rock Springs, Wyo., shot a 90 Monday and an 88 on Tuesday, placing her 29th with a total score of 178.
