Health fair planned for Thursday

The 2011 Wellness for a Lifespan Health Fair is set for 3-7 p.m. Thursday in the Student Center.

Shellie Johns, coordinator of conferencing, said 32 organizations are signed up for activities, presentations and information displays offering insights about creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

The fair is free and open to the public. Providers will be taking sign-ups for private screenings and laboratory testing. The fair is co-sponsored by CSC, Chadron Community Hospital and Health Services, and the Chadron Lifespan Wellness Team.

Johns said additional parties interested in reserving space may contact the CSC Conferencing Office at 432-6380.
