CAB nominations open Tuesday
CAB Chair Morgan Carrico announced that next week nominations will open for the board positions for next year.
To be nominated for a board position, the nominee must have been a CAB representative for one semester. The nominee must have been a CAB representative for one year to run for the chair position.
Vice Chair of Finance Gavan Archibald reported that the total spent by clubs is $89,626.44, and the total remaining is $180,510.79. The total remaining in the CAB budget is $5,015.18.
Vice Chair of Programming Trista Schell announced the open forum topics tonight will be Spring Daze, and a possible $1,400 allocation for new white boards in the Math and Science building. She also reminded clubs to sign up to have a Spring Daze booth or sign up as a volunteer.
Deena Kennell, director of internship and career services, thanked students for the “great turnout” at the career fair.
A rodeo club representative announced that the club’s Black Tie Calf Fry fundraiser is 5 p.m. Friday in the Ballroom. There will be a calf fry and roast beef served, a silent and live auction and a Christian rock performer. Tickets are $15 ahead of time from a rodeo club member and $20 at the door.
