This week’s Campus Activities Board Meeting kicked off with a warm welcome from CAB Chair Trista Schell, Tuesday. With Homecoming right around the corner, Justice of the Constitutional Court Sam Merrill informed the present club representatives that club nominations are due no later than noon, Sept. 11.

Senate President Katrina Hurley hosted the last open forum of her reign, at 5 p.m. Thursday, April 20, in the Student Center. Sen. Carly Slaght ran uncontested for the position, and will take over for Hurley next year.
CAB representatives discussed various prompts brought from a school-wide survey after executive board members announced Spring Daze and Free Movie Night information.
A new club, Eagles for Life, was approved at the CAB meeting 6 p.m. Tuesday in the Scottsbluff Room.
CAB Chair Morgan Carrico announced that next week nominations will open for the board positions for next year.
CAB, Senate, and RLA met for a general assembly at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the Student Center.
Senate allocated $1,400 for two clubs. Senate approved $600 for Plainswalkers Society and $800 for Sports Medicine.
Senate discussed the “tack” budget for Spring Daze and the feminine hygiene initiative at the open forum 5 p.m. Thursday in the Student Center.
Tuesday night CAB approved an allocation of nearly $2,000 to send two honors society members to a national conference in Kentucky.
