As the snow storm rose in Chadron, CSC’s track and field team was on it’s way to sunshine and beaches. Despite the travel distance, Head Coach Ryan Baily had nothing but positive things to say about the bus ride to the meets.

The Eagle track team flew above the weary weather and maintained an eastern flight plan to compete in Seward. Although the Concordia Indoor Track and Field Meet deemed tough competition, the Eagles soared above a dozen teams to snatch second place as a team.

Chadron State’s cross country team competed in their first RMAC Championship on Saturday in Colorado Springs at the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs. For it being their first season as a DII team, Head Coach Ryan Baily was quite impressed.
