Jazz Birds take flight

Jessica van Cleeve, junior of Chadron, performs on the alto saxaphone during the Jazz Birds’ first performance. Van Cleeve has been performing with the jazz group for two years.

The ensemble, under the direction of Dr. Sandy Schaefer, gave their first performance of the semester March 3 at Wrecker’s Roadhouse.
