M Hall to host a cappella group tonight

“InPulse,” an a cappella group, is scheduled to perform at 7:30 p.m. tonight at Memorial Hall in the main theatre. This is the last performance of the Galaxy Series, which showcases the fine arts.

According to the band’s Web site, www.inpmusic.com, the band debuted in fall of 2003.  InPulse has four members: Gabe Koxlien of Strum, Wis.; Andy Miller of Northfield, Minn.; Matt McDonald of Sydney, Australia; and Elliot Robinson of Decatur, Ill.

“InPulse” trained at St. Olaf and Concordia College in Minnesota and has sold over 25,000 copies of their recordings.  “InPulse” has won numerous awards, including grand champion of 2004 at the Rocky Mountain Harmony Sweepstakes in Denver and runner up in 2007 for Band of the Year by Campus Activities Magazine.

Tickets for the show will be available at the box office in Memorial Hall.
