Dr. Pat Colgate, retired dean of education and graduate students, delivers a lecture titled “A View of the Future of American Higher Education as Perceived by Chadron State College in 1985: How Close Did We Come?” in room 108 of the Reta King library. Colgate’s lecture was the final presentation of the spring 2010 series.
