CSC students’ friends and family turned out en masse Saturday for Family Day festivities. Football took center stage amid the host of day-long activities offered on campus and around town.

Chi Alpha’s barbecue headlined a well attended tailgate party in the parking lot.

The CSC football team, cheered on by full stands at Don Beebe Stadium, won the game 40-7 against the Western State College Mountaineers of Gunnison, Colo.

The game was preceded by Chadron State players’ families escorting each player onto the field.
