Food party invites students to ‘Taste The World in a Few Hours’

A food tasting party co-sponsored by Residence Life Association and the CSC International Club is scheduled for 7 p.m. tonight in the Student Center Ballroom.

The event’s Facebook page states the event will feature traditional foods from the following countries: Ecuador, Venezuela, Trinidad and Tobago, Costa Rica, Burma, Mexico, Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, Ethiopia, Ghana, and Japan.

At Tuesday’s CAB meeting, Christine Aye, CAB president, said this food tasting party is “like a mini one, an introduction to the one [the international students] do in the spring.”
