CSC theatre to present ‘How I Learned to Drive’
The Chadron State College theatre program is preparing for its upcoming production of “How I Learned to Drive.” The play debuted off-Broadway in 1997 and won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 1998.
The play is planned to open at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 10 and run nightly shows through Feb. 12. A Sunday matinee is also planned for 2 p.m. Feb. 13.
“How I Learned to Drive,” was written by Paula Vogel and considered the playwright’s magnum opus.
The production, directed by Amanda Pintore, senior of Omaha, is intended for mature audiences only.
The cast features Becci French, sophomore of Alliance; Mason Quinn, senior of Cheyenne, Wyo.; Ashley Daniels, freshman of Sheridan, Wyo.; HeatherAnn Hicks, junior of Valentine; and James Safarik, sophomore of Hyannis.
