Spring ‘Uptown on Campus’ and club fair debuts

The first spring-semester Uptown on Campus and club fair took place Wednesday in the Student Center lounge.

Twelve student club organizations and a total of eight local businesses participated. About 75 people attended the fair.

Chantel Sullivan, 19, sophomore of Mullen, said the fair provided a great opportunity for students to find something interesting that they’d like.

“It’s neat how clubs took the initiative to get out and set up tables,” Laure Sinn, coordinator of student activities, said.
