CSC Student Health Services is located in Crites Hall 009-013 (South wing of garden level). Hours M-F 7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Phone: (308) 432-6232; Fax: (308) 432-6085.
Student Health Services houses the Nurse – Ann Dockweiler (Crites 012), Counselor – Jerry Cassiday (Crites 011), Intern Counselor – Kelissa Lein (Crites 010), and will soon have a new Medical Assistant (Crites 009).
The CSC Clinic is a free medical clinic offered M-F from 7 – 9 a.m. at the Chadron Community Hospital. Appointments are made through contacting Dockweiler at (308) 432-6022 or (308) 430-3419. A Physician’s Assistant and the CSC Nurse staff the CSC Clinic and there is no office visit charge to see the PA. We also have common lab tests such as Strep, Mono, UA dip etc . . . at no charge. If you need lab or X-rays those services are available through the hospital and will be billed to you or your insurance.

New immunization recommendations:
If you have never had Chickenpox and have had one vaccination against Chickenpox (Varicella) a booster dose is recommended in order to make sure you are protected.
If you had a Meningococcal vaccination before you were 16 years old a booster dose is recommended if you are not over 21 years old.
Neither of these vaccinations are required but are recommended. If you have questions please contact nurse Dockweiler at 308-432-6232 or
