NSCS posts corrected exhibit from BKD report

Independent auditing firm BKD of Denver stated in a letter written Dec. 27, 2011 that it had erred in the accuracy of one of its exhibits in the report it submitted to the NSCS Nov. 14, 2011 regarding football fundraising proceeds at Chadron State College.

Exhibit 10, the subject of the correction, incorrectly listed the date of one of O’Boyle’s checks (#1136) made out to his mother, Joan O’Boyle.

In its comments for the check, BKD initially concluded that O’Boyle was not in Iowa at the time the check had been written, as O’Boyle claimed; however, the revised report states that O’Boyle’s travel dates were consistent with the leave request form submitted to the college.

The corrected exhibit and the letter from BKD can be viewed here.

Thank you Beast. Of course for $75,000 you can’t expect much.
