CSCEA awards $500 scholarships to two students

Chelsea Waldorf, junior of Hill City, S.D., and Nathaniel Martens, junior of Newton, Kan., were selected from about 15 applicants to receive the Chadron State College Education Application Scholarship.

Waldorf, a psychology major, and Marten, a criminal justice major, were notified just before Christmas break and were officially awarded the $500 scholarships at the beginning of the current semester.

The scholarships will be applied toward this academic semester.
