Silence surrounds CSC’s NCAA investigation

Investigation continues, information doesn’t.

Monday marked the four-month anniversary since Chadron State publicly announced it had self-reported concerns to the NCAA about possible football fundraising violations. Now more than 120 days later, officials from CSC and its governing body, the Nebraska State College System, have released relatively few details about the investigation.

Look at all the great leaders in our society; they all have one thing in common. They all have a history of failures in their past. While this may seem like a contradiction in logic, the leaders of our society are those that possess the courage to risk failure in order to achieve greatness. Vets paid their dues, now Uncle Sam should too

As a U.S. Marine veteran, I’m currently using my Post-9/11 G.I. Bill to attend CSC, but lately I’ve been unable to receive my benefits that are owed to me. I have no grievances with how the school has handled my benefits in the past, and I have personally verified that the problems are not with the system here at CSC. The problems are at the Veterans Affairs system at the Federal level. I’m not the only one who is affected.
