CSC committee selects NSCS Chancellor as commencement speaker

NSCS Chancellor Stan Carpenter is scheduled to travel to Chadron in May to participate in CSC’s spring graduation commencement ceremonies.

According to CSC Foundation Executive Director Connie Rasmussen, “Last year, Chancellor Carpenter was selected by the Commencement Committee to be the speaker for the May Commencement, because it was the Centennial year. Due to a conflict in his schedule, he requested participation in the May 2012 Commencement.”
