CAB preps for lively ‘undead’ homecoming
Homecoming was the main topic of discussion at this week’s CAB meeting.
Dani Buckley, CAB president, said royalty voting is currently going on until noon today. Some clubs didn’t submit a royalty nomination, according to Buckley, and can no longer submit a nomination. Buckley also said that the bed sheets are hung and that everyone can vote on their favorite bed sheet in the Student Center.
The Spirit Rally takes place tonight at 6:30 p.m. in Armstrong. The coronation will take place at this time. Royalty nominees must attend, Buckley said.
The Homecoming parade will be Saturday. Judging for floats and cars begins at 9 a.m. The parade will end on the Deans Green where the “Carn’evil” will begin.
In other business, Kellie Aye, treasurer, said that free movie night saw 36 extra people. $216 dollars were allocated to cover the last 36 people. Aye said that CAB has $7,985 in unallocated funds.
