CAB allocates $1,800 for free movie night
The Campus Activities Board discussed state auditors and allocated $1,800 for free movie night at its Monday meeting.
Dani Buckley, CAB president, said that state auditors asked for a list of the clubs and club advisers on campus. According to the letter Buckley read, a club is not legally required to offer any information if they are contacted. Buckley said to contact Aaron Prestwich, interim executive director of student affairs, or Dale Grant, vice president of administration and finance, with any questions.
In other business, Kellie Aye said that there was $7,469 in unallocated funds. CAB then allocated $1,800 for free movie night.
Ashley Swanson, publicity coordinator, encouraged students to attend the football game on Saturday. As the NCAA is in charge of the event, students have to buy tickets. Tickets are $8 dollars and can be purchased in the business office or at the NPAC on Saturday.
