New executive members announced

After nominations CAB voted current Vice President Lane Swedberg for Chair; current President Dani Buckley for Vice Chair; Public Relations club representative Cheyenne Deering for Vice Chair of Records; and NAFME club representative Brendan Mead for Vice Chair of Finance.
CAB sponsor Aaron Prestwich addressed CAB and read the letter he presented to Senate on Monday. He clarified that administration hesitates to step in and take such actions.
“The main intent and hope is that we will establish a committee where CAB and senate can work together more closely,” said Prestwich.
In other business, CAB allocated no more than $1,500 for free bowling night, and no more than $1,800 for free movie night.
CAB adviser Shellie Johns told members that if they have not already reserved their tickets for the Keith Anderson concert April 25, to do so now. Tickets will not be available for purchase the day of the concert.
“Do not be surprised if he’s walking around campus on Thursday,” said Johns.
Student Trustee Morgan Nelson expressed to CAB members to get involved and talk to senators.
“I voiced respectful disagreement with what is going on with SFC,” said Nelson.
CAB President Dani Buckley closed the meeting by adding the April 23 meeting will be held in the Bordeaux room instead of the Scottsbluff room.
