EagleMail to change for easier access
The log-on for Chadron State College’s EagleMail student email service will change next week, according to a mass-email sent Wednesday by the IT Department.
The change begins at 6 a.m., Tuesday, and will allow students to log-in to their CSC email account with the same username and password they use to access the TK20 assessment system, campus computers, library databases, and register network devices.
Returning CSC students will remember the problems encountered when IT switched EagleMail to the Office 365 platform in November 2012. This time around, however, should be much easier, Ann Burke, Chief Information Officer, said Monday.
“We have been working on this project over the summer to make sure it goes smoothly,” Burke said.
IT staff will be on duty to assist any students who are having difficulty with the transition.
Students needing assistance should contact the Helpdesk at 308-432-6311 or [email protected].
Students are also advised to go to https://campuspassword.csc.edu and follow these instructions:
1. Click on “Create/Edit my Profile” and enter your campus username (Ex.: john.smith or josmit) and your password.
2. Answer three questions to complete your profile setup.
3. Click on Update to save your profile settings.
