Alarm system tripped, no sign of fire

Firefighters arrived at the Student Center Monday morning due to a trip in the alarm system in the ductwork Jack Rhembrandt, assistant chief said.

There was no fire to report Rhembrandt said, however, he is not completely sure what caused the alarm to go off in the Ballroom.

Rhembrandt said people were doing work on the h-vacuum, which might have set the system off.

Crewmembers silenced the alarm and reset the panel.
