Senate votes to reject Treasurer’s resignation
Student Senate, in a nine-six roll-call vote Monday, rejected Senate Treasurer Ashley Swanson’s resignation, which she tendered last week under pressure from Senate President Jacob Rissler and Senate Vice-President Nate Jones.

Chadron State lost a close game, 65-60, against the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, Saturday. Both teams shot less than 40 percent from the field; however, the Mountain Lions capitalized on foul shots and turnovers to win the game.
