Republican U.S. Senate candidate Ben Sasse will be visiting CSC at 11:30 a.m., Monday, for an anti-Obamacare meeting in the Mary Sandoz Center.

He states on his website, Sasse started his career with the Boston Consulting Group. He helped turn industries ranging from airlines to manufacturers, and is an expert in healthcare delivery. In the last decade, Sasse has been advising hospital boards and healthcare providers on becoming more patient-focused. He was a start-up chief of staff for Congressman Jeff Fortenberry, and was also appointed to multiple posts by Former President George W. Bush.

In 2009, Sasse was announced president of Midland University, Fremont. Before he was appointed president of Midland, the university was on the verge of closing; however, Midland now has been Nebraska’s fastest-growing school four years in a row.

Sasse views himself as the nations leading critic of Obamacare in which he regularly appears on television to advocate for repealing and replacing Obamacare. His solution to this problem law places patients and health providers at the center of a system that reduces health costs for families and also taxpayers.
