Court sentences student with $1,157 in fines

Felony drug charges against CSC student Austin L. Waterman, who was arrested Nov. 7, 2013, were reduced to misdemeanors. Following a January court appearance, Waterman paid $1,157 in fines and court costs, a Dawes County Court spokeswoman said.
