START Office survey to reach students

The START Office will be sending out a student satisfaction survey. They would like as many students as possible to take this survey. The survey is for the student services in Crites Hall, including the Records Office, START Office, Business Office, Housing, and Admissions. The survey will be sent out through Eaglemail and will be open for the entire student body.

“Hopefully the results of the survey will help the student service departments in Crites Hall increase satisfaction,” Caitlin Spencer, START Office adviser, said.

They are hoping that many students take this survey and are completely honest. The purpose of the survey is to help the START Office know what they need to improve on to make the students experience more satisfied. The survey will only take 10-15 minutes.
