Volunteers sought by The Big Event

For the third consecutive year, staff members are already planning for next year’s The Big Event.

TBE is a community-wide service to give back to Chadron and the surrounding areas. Students, faculty, staff, and community members gather on Elliott Field, wearing their TBE T-shirts, and prepare to make their way to designated spots where they clean, rake, paint, or help in any way they can.

Those interested in helping plan this event, contact Shaunda French, assistant professor of social and communication arts, at 308-432-6302 or [email protected], by Sept. 12. Interviews will begin Monday, Sept. 15.
