Water shut-off effects dormitory complex residents

CSC students in the residence hall complex woke Wednesday to no running water.

An email to students was sent out Wednesday morning, Todd Baumann, maintenance supervisor, said. Baumann was unaware that students did not receive said email due to complications with the campus-wide service update.

A city representative said she assumed the water to be turned back on at about noon. The water shut-off was connected to work done by the city of Chadron. Several attempts to contact the city of why the water was shut off went unanswered.
