CAB officially fills 3 vacant positions

Andy Martin, CAB chair, was sworn in during the CAB meeting. Chelsea Evans was sworn in as CAB vice chair of programming, and Mikayla Gallagher was sworn in the new position of vice chair of relations.

CAB reported $908.52 in unallocated funds.

Martin asked if students were receiving the Health 101 magazine. He said if you haven’t found it in your inbox yet, check the junk mail.

They are working on fixing that. You can also text CSC to 40691 to receive the magazine.

Stephanie Steele, vice chair of records, asked for updated constitutions and club packets. She also said if clubs have a new representation this semester to come talk to her so she can make that change.

Gallagher said if clubs want their events promoted on the CAB’s social media to come talk to her.

Breann Greer asked to be an at-large CAB representative.

Martin explained that because the number of at-large representatives can equal up to 10 percent of the number of campus clubs there can be four positions.

Martin said they will vote on Greer’s request at next week’s meeting.

The wildlife club and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Club that is trying to start up have meetings at 11 a.m., Thursdays in Burkhiser 231 if anyone is interested in joining the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Club.
