Eagles swing into 8th place
The Eagles golf team traveled to Grand Junction, Colorado, for the Maverick Spring Invitational. The team finished in eighth place with a 729 total strokes. Metropolitan State University won with a score of 617.

Take steps to see new show
“39 Steps” is Patrick Barlow’s adaptation of Alfred Hitchcock’s 1935 spy-thriller of the same name.

The newest CSC theatre production leads the audience on a wild chase through England and Scotland in search of the answer to the question: What in the world are the “39 Steps?” Based on the 1935 Alfred Hitchcock film, this heart-racing spy story keeps the audience involved and on their toes.

Volunteers from campus, community assist at arboretum
Volunteers from the Chadron community and Chadron State College joined CSC’s Horticulturist and Grounds Supervisor Lucinda Mays Saturday morning for the sixth year of the Campus Volunteers Arboretum, to learn about pruning plants ranging from bushes, shrubs, trees, and others.

College media is descending on Chadron this weekend, as The Eagle will host the 2015 Nebraska Collegiate Media Association conference and Golden Leaf Awards.
