CAB voting next week
The CAB meeting opened up with an amendment to the agenda, moving voting until the April 21.
CAB currently has $4,408.52 in unallocated funds.
Nominations for all CAB executive positions were closed.
Next week’s executive board meeting will be open for anyone who has questions about the position they have been nominated for.
Next week, the AFB will take the club budgets to Senate to be approved. Club representatives are encouraged to attend the meeting in the event that there is a discussion about their club’s budget.
Student Body elections opened at noon, Wednesday, and will close at noon, Friday. All CAB members and faculty advisors encourage students to vote.
The Hearts and Minds club will be holding a Sexual Harassment Walk starting at the clock tower at 11 a.m., April 18.
The walk will consist of stations along a trail that will demonstrate different assault scenarios to teach students how to handle different situations. The Chadron Police Department will also give a presentation on sexual harassment at the end. There will be a Subway lunch provided and free t-shirts.
The Nearly Naked Mile staff would appreciate any donations from clubs with left over funds.
The Native American club will be holding a panel and raffle at the Bean Broker 7 p.m., Thursday. Please bring your student ID in case you win a prize.
