CAB’s column
Venturing to the new adventures college has to offer can seem daunting and intimidating, but facing down adventure is more memorable with friends. Making new friends can prove to be difficult in a sea of people.
One of the best ways to make new cohorts to share memories with is by joining clubs. Joining a club provides an outlet for common interests. Here at Chadron State we have more than 40 Campus Activities Board sanctioned clubs for students to join.
Clubs on campus cover a wide array of interest areas like outdoor activities, music, sports, even gaming, and various other groups. I highly encourage you to check out the club fair to explore the options out there!
Join a club and enjoy the plethora of experiences you receive.
Have an idea of a club you want to see on campus? Chadron State Campus Activities Board highly encourages students to start new clubs!
If you are not sure how to go about starting a new club the Campus Activities Board executive board members are more than happy to assist you with the process. Whether you’re a new student or returnee enrich your college career with at CSC.
Sincerely,
Stephanie Steele
Campus Activities Board Chair
