$2,021.96 remains in CAB’s account
Clubs have spent $35,533.28 this year and have $118,231.62 remaining in their funds. CAB has spent $1,478.04 and has $2,021.96 remaining in its account.
Due to midterm break, there will be no CAB meeting next week.
Senate allocated $1,500 to CAB for Free Bowling Night Nov. 14. CAB will ask Senate to allocate no more than $2,000 for the next Free Movie Night.
CAB members were asked to encourage their constituents to attend the open forum at 4 p.m., tomorrow in the Student Center. This open forum will be hosted for students to speak their opinions and discuss the allocation for the leadership conference that will be coming to CSC.
Analise Garland and Sydni Stevens volunteered to be the CAB representatives on the Policy Committee that Senate is arranging. This committee will be going over the constitution and summer procedures. They still need two at-large members.
Chris Green will be at Walmart from 10 a.m.-11a.m., every Thursday for clubs to get supplies for events.
Land Surfers club asked CAB to cosponsor a movie night with the inflatable screen on Nov. 6. They asked for an allocation of no more than $100 for snacks. Weather will play a role in the location of the event. If it is nice outside, the movie will be outside. If it is cold, the movie will be shown in a classroom in Old Admin.
The Social Science club will be hosting a debate over the death penalty at 3:15 p.m., Nov. 4 in the Scottsbluff Room. This debate is open to everyone and there will be door prizes.
