Interdisciplinary Humanities minor added to catalog

The Department of English and Humanities Board approved a new minor in Interdisciplinary Humanities. The participating disciplines include humanities, philosophy, English, history, music, art, and theatre. The minor requires 21 credit hours: nine core hours in interdisciplinary humanities, nine hours of upper-division courses in one of the participating humanistic disciplines, and three hours from upper division courses listed with an HUM prefix. This minor also requires students to complete all of the ESP requirements along with the major. If you are interested in pursuing this minor, contact English & Humanities Professor Thomas Tucker at [email protected] or English & Humanities Associate Professor & Department Chair Lee Miller at [email protected].
