CSC student arrested
Police arrested Chadron State College student, Brandon T. Mills, 19, freshman of Corona, California, accusing him of one count of distribution of a controlled substance (marijuana) and transported him to Dawes County Jail Thursday afternoon, according to a Chadron Police Department press release issued Friday.
