CAB plans club fair

There is a club fair in the Ballroom from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Feb. 24. All clubs must be represented at the fair.

Budget packets will be released to clubs by email Feb. 15 and are due March 4. Budget hearings are March 14, 18, 21, and 22. If clubs are asking for more than $5,000, their hearings are March 23.

There will be constitutional change forums from 3-4 p.m. every other Thursday starting Feb 18.

Clubs tabled a motion for an allocation of no more than $800 for table tennis club. The club will bring an itemized budget and an allocation will be voted on next week. The club is asking for $500 of the allocation to go to supplies for their club, $250 to host a ping pong tournament, and $50 for snacks when the club meets.

Senator at large Syerra Wycoff-Bagshaw asked clubs to host booths at the circus coming to CSC April 9. Clubs would set their booths up around 3:30 p.m. Students and incoming freshman on campus for signing day can eat at the barbeque at 5 p.m., then look at the booths. The circus that Senate allocated $4,500 for, is from 6-9 p.m.
