Senate hosts forum for filling stations

An open forum concerning an allocation of $6,000 to install more water bottle filling stations on campus was Friday. No students attended the forum.

The campus improvement committee plans to add water bottle filling stations several buildings on campus including Andrews Hall, Kent Hall, Brooks Hall, and one more building that hasn’t been decided on yet.

Vice President of Finance and Administration Dale Grant will look at the list of buildings and decide how many stations are in the budget. He will then tell Senate an exact cost for the stations.

This issue was voted on at Monday’s regularly scheduled Senate meeting and the $6,000 was allocated for the water bottle filling stations.
