Club budget packets are released

Vice Chair of Finances Molly O’Connell said budget packets have been sent to each club’s representative. Sign up sheets for budget hearings will be on the Senate office door in the Student Center next week. O’Connell said her office hours to help with the budget packets are from 12-2:30 p.m. today, tomorrow, and Tuesday. On Monday she will be in the office from 12-5 p.m. The packets are due to [email protected] and on the Sakai site on March 4.

CAB has spent $10,310.59 and has $1,389.41 remaining in its account. Clubs have spent $58,572.89 and have $85,492.02 in their account.

A club fair is in the Student Center Ballroom from 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Feb. 24.

Bubble soccer and zorb racing are in the NPAC from 2-8 p.m. Saturday. Zorb racing is people in giant inflatable hamster balls racing and bubble soccer is a game of soccer with people in giant inflatable hamster balls.

Director of Student Affairs and Student Activities and Recreation Chris Green reminded representatives to email him if they need to meet him at Wal-Mart to buy supplies for events from 10-11 a.m. Tuesdays.
