Club’s budget packets due March 4

Vice Chair of Finance Molly O’Connell said budget packets are due March 4. Five percent will be cut out of the clubs’ budgets for each day they are late. The packets should be turned into [email protected] and on the Sakai site.

O’Connell said her office hours to help with the budget packets are from 12-2:30 p.m. today, tomorrow, and Tuesday. On Monday and Wednesday she will be in the office from 12-5 p.m.

At the beginning of the meeting, clubs had spent $72,421.57 and have $81,643.34 remaining. CAB has spent $10,335.23 and has $1,364.77 remaining with one outstanding bill for a hotel room.

CAB allocated no more than $1,250 to give $50 to the first 25 clubs that sign up to host booths at the circus on April 9.

CAB allocated no more than $159 to co-sponsor a Star Wars movie marathon with the Social Science club April 9 and 10, tentatively.

Music Teachers National Association club will host a spaghetti feed in the Mari Sandoz Center at 5 p.m. Monday. The meal is all you can eat for $7.
