CAB board nominations open, remain open until Tuesday

Nominations for CAB Executive Board opened at the meeting Tuesday and are open for one week.

To be nominated for CAB Chair nominations must have been a CAB representative for at least two semesters. All other executive board positions can be filled with CAB representatives who have one semester of CAB experience. CAB Chair nominations are Aaron Eagle, Courtney LaMont, and Molly O’Connell. Vice Chair of Programming nominations are Trista Schell, Teryn Blessin, and Morgan Carrico. Vice Chair of Records nominations are Sidney Stevens, Nathanial Brown, and Courtney LaMont. Vice Chair of Finance nominations are Gavan Archibald and Garret Dockweiler. Vice Chair of Relations nominations are Trista Schell, Aaron Eagle, Gavan Archibald, and John Murphy.

CAB allocated no more than $400 to FCS club for a leadership and development conference registration fee.

Activity Fee Board budget recommendations will be taken to Senate Monday and will be voted on April 18 at the Senate meeting.

Senate President Katrina Hurley reminded CAB representatives that any leftover funds in club accounts can be donated to the Nearly Naked Mile. If you want to donate club funds, email Hurley or Gabriela Perez.

An open forum for a Spring Daze universal parking pass raffle, bookstore changes, and coffee shop improvements will be at 5 p.m. today.

A volunteer meeting for Spring Daze is at 6 p.m. tonight.

Natural Sciences club is hosting Chad Hahn, meteorologist from The National Weather Service of Cheyenne, Wyoming, in the Bordeaux and Lakota rooms at 3:30 p.m. today.

Signing Days for incoming freshman are Friday and April 15.

The Big Event sign-up closes Friday.

Omega Phi Ro and Xi Delta Zeta are hosting a Bedtime Bash dance in the Lakota and Bordeaux rooms from 9 p.m.-midnight Friday. Tickets for a 50/50 raffle are being sold in the Student Center today and Friday and the winner will be announced at the dance. You must be present at the dance to win.

PBL is hosting an all-you-can-eat pancake feed at the Methodist Church from 7-11 a.m. Saturday to fundraise for its trip to nationals.

Mesmerie Entertainment will be putting on a circus in the Kline Amphitheater from 5-8 p.m. Saturday. Club booths should be set up at 4 p.m. Saturday. A lunch with the circus performers is at 10 a.m. Sunday. Email Syerra Wycoff Bagshaw or the Senate email if you want to attend the lunch.

A meeting for clubs hosting booths at Spring Daze is in the Student Center at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
