Results of Student Senate elections

Chief Justice Coy Clark released the election results for the Student Senate Elections at about 3:30 p.m. today (Friday, April 22). There were 244 voters.

The following are the results:

President: Katrina Hurley

Vic President: Karson Langley

Senators at large: Teirra Snyder, Joshua Mayer, and Anas Haddadi

Senator of Liberal Arts: Mikayla Gallagher, Clayton Hinman, and Damian McAlevy

Senator of B.E.A.M.S.S.: Tileen Sullivan, Jessica Hartman, and Gabrielle Brumfield

Senator of E.H.P.C.P.S.W.: Annie Johnson, Katie Tobin, and Carly Slaught

There are still three positions open for at large senators and there will be elections in the fall for dorm hall representatives.

The new senators will be sworn in at the regularly scheduled Senate meeting at 5 p.m. Monday.

All 20 amendments that were proposed by the Senate passed.
