Read MoreVoting for Homecoming royalty concluded Wednesday, Sept. 20th, with the announcement of Homecoming royalty coming at halftime of the football game. Coronation of the top five candidates was Wednesday and they are required to dress formally for the football game. Bedsheet voting closed Wednesday Sept. 20th and winners of the bedsheet contest will be responsible for putting their bedsheets up at the Homecoming football game, and taking them down after the game.
Read MoreStudent Senate unanimously approved the allocation of $6,870 for the Ag Club. This budget, for the International Society for Range Management Meeting, consisted of $2,070 for five nights of hotel stay, and $4,800 for the registration of 20 students. This fund, and all funds of Student Senate, CAB, and AFB, come from student activities fees. If all of the allocated fund isn’t spent, then that money will go back to the Senate fund. Student Senate also received their unallocated funds for this semester.

Read MoreThe Eagles golf team made a huge turnaround for themselves at the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Fall Tournament in Lakewood, Colorado. They scored 386-364-750 for their team Monday and Tuesday. The team improved their score by 22 strokes from day 1 of the tournament to day 2. The Chadron State women’s golf team finished 14th overall in the tournament.
