Student performs solo recital
Clarinetist Bryony Trump, senior of Sterling, Colorado, performed her half recital, Sunday, at the Mari Sandoz High Plains Heritage Center’s Chicoine Atrium. Trump, accompanied by Bobby Pace, performed two solo pieces as partial fulfillment of a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Music.

Post what feels right
Over the last few days I have noticed a rise in supporting body acceptance on social media. Influencers on Instagram are posting “bare face” photos with captions supporting their natural look. I see some of my friends postings photos of them just waking up with captions like “I woke up like this #flawless.”
After seeing so many people follow this trend that seems to fluctuate throughout the year, I decided to comment on it as well.
