An open forum to discuss the allocation of $13,494.11 for The Big Event was Monday. Nathaniel Brown started off the forum by saying The Big Event is “Chadron’s biggest community service project.” He said the budget includes food, T-shirts, advertising costs, and everything they are hoping to accomplish this year.
