There seems to be a stigma around being vulnerable. Although sometimes you just don’t feel like sharing there are many times where people feel like they have to have thick skin no matter what.

In some serious cases it causes rapid breathing, sweaty palms, and your chest feeling very heavy. These are just examples of anxiety.

The least that you can do is set aside 10 or 15 minutes to fill them in on the things going on in your life or how classes are going. Just catch up with them.
