Nominations made for winter formal
Sixteen men and 17 women have been nominated for Winter Magic Formal king and queen.
The Valentine’s Day dinner and dance is set to start at 7 p.m. with the coronation scheduled for 10 p.m.

Joyce Hardy, professor of science, will present “Charles Darwin’s Contributions to Science,” the first presentation of the spring 2010 semester’s Dorset Graves Lecture Series.
The lecture will begin 7 p.m. Tuesday in room 108 of the Reta King Library. Light refreshments will be served.
Students going on the 2010 Alternative Spring Break trip are heading to Atlanta over mid-term break from March 5 through 15. Atlanta was hit with severe flooding from September 19 through 25, 2009.
