A debate over possible Activity Fee Board bylaw changes broke out at the open forum 5 p.m. Thursday in the Student Center. Lots of student retaliation to the suggested bylaws lead the meeting to run more than an hour.

Clubs have two chances to volunteer at campus activities this spring. CAB highlighted the opportunities at the meeting Tuesday night.

Student Senate President Katrina Hurley headed the weekly open forum Thursday in the Student Center. Hurley, along with a handful of senators discussed the Spring Daze budget, the feminine hygiene initiative, the recycling project, and a potential allocation for the Chadron Aquatics Center.

Senators approved Josie Semroska as a B.E.A.M.S.S. senator. Thirteen senators voted yes and one—Sen. Makenzy Petty—abstained from voting. There are still three liberal arts positions, one Eagle Ridge position, and one at large position open on Senate.
