This weekend the Eagles volleyball team split a pair of South Dakota matches, winning 3-1 against South Dakota Mines, Friday, and falling 3-1 against Black Hills State University, Saturday.

The Chadron State volleyball team played its final home matches of the season this weekend, but were unable to continue their recent trend of Chicoine Center victories, coming up short in four sets to University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, Friday, and suffering a sweep at the hands of Colorado School of Mines, Saturday. 

The Chadron State Eagles were winners of consecutive rivalry games this homecoming weekend, defeating Black Hills State University 25-17, 25-21, 25-17, on Friday; and South Dakota Mines 25-12, 12-25, 25-23, 25-23, Saturday.

The Chadron Eagles’ volleyball team picked up their first two RMAC wins Saturday in Gunnison, Colorado, sweeping Western State in three sets, 25-18, 25-21, and 25-14.

The CSC Eagles fell three sets to two during their home opener against Colorado Christian University, Saturday, after an energetic fourth set Eagle’s win sent the match to a fifth.

Entering her third season as head coach of the Chadron State College Eagles’ volleyball team, and on the heels of a ten-win season, the most since 2007, Riann Mullis doesn’t have complex goals for her squad in 2018.
