Despite the snow and cold, students flocked to “Beach Please,” a summer themed event in the Hub, Friday. 

Chadron State College International Office hosted international luncheon “Dine With Us” featuring Nicole Lartey, 25, senior of Accra, Ghana, in the Scottsbluff Room, Tuesday.  

Students drew onto 126 puzzle pieces creating the 23.5” x 60” puzzle. The students assembled the puzzle pieces and hung the completed puzzle on the wall in the Hub.

Residence Life Association’s annual “I hate winter week” kicked off with the “Donut Freeze Your Buns Off,” as students participated in a 0.5k run/walk for donuts. 

After spending Monday and Tuesday rehearsing, high schoolers from surrounding area displayed their two-days worth of work in a final performance before heading home. Under the direction of CSC’s band and choir directors, the groups performed an hour-long concert for an audience of about 250. 

Registration began at 7:30 p.m., and competitors began shooting for glory by 8 p.m. The tournament bracket was designed as a double elimination system, allowing each of the 37 registered student competitors to play in multiple games.
